Hirez can you make something against troll?

In many game I play there are 2 3 or all players who make nothing they just spam vocal chat and make unecessary damage or heal. Its like they troll real players. Pls hirez make that paladins not become a refuge for psychic agressif people. And can you moderate the player name? There are name like demon33 holyfather christ ... What the problem with those guys?

There is an autoban feature if someone is reported too many times within a certain period of time.
