    Moveset Idea: Valera

    Valera is the leader of the new Paladins and was part of the ancient paladins.
    She was first introduced in the first Paladins Lore cinematic and seen on in-game promotional Art.
    We never got to hear anything about her, so I figured: Why not think of a kit for her?
    She might be waaaay to overpowered in the beginning, but that is where you guys come in.

    Valera, the ancient Paladin

    Class: Frontline
    Subclass: Support
    Health: 4400
    Movementspeed: 370


    Abilities:

    RMB: Sword Beam
    Point your sword forward to channel energy through it and shoot out a Beam, that inflicts 55 dmg every .1 second
    Uses an overheat mechanic similar to Fernando and Grohk

    LMB: Cresent Slash
    Base Cooldown: 10 Seconds
    Whip your sword to generate a shockwave that drags enemy Units away with it, dealing 500 dmg.
    The shockwave travels into one direction untill it makes contackt with a wall or shield.

    Q: Blessings of the Paladin
    Base Cooldown: 20 Seconds
    When activated, a command wheel pops up. From this comand wheel, you can pick either yourself or an ally.
    The command wheel has multiple pages that can be swapped with RMB and LMB.
    To Exit the command wheel you have to reactivate Q. The blessing will expire after 30 seconds, or it will be swapped with the previous holder of the blessing. After picking one Blessing, the ability will go on Cooldown. You can only pick one Unit on every page at a time and no Unit can have more than one blessing.
    Page 1: Blessing of Healing: Chosen Unit regenerates 50 Health every second.
    Page 2: Blessing of Power: Chosen Unit gains 10% damage increase.
    Page 3: Blessing of Protection: Chosen Unit gains 10% damage reduction.
    Page 4: Blessing of Resistance: Chosen Unit gains 25% CC reduction.

    F: Guardian Impulse
    Base Cooldown: 10 Seconds
    Give yourselfe a shield with 2000 Health for 3 seconds. Additionally all nearby allies gain a shield with 500 Health for 3 seconds.

    Ultimate: Unyielding Champion
    "Is this all you can do?" - to Enemy
    "You leave me no choice!" - if killed by enemy Karne
    "Victory will be ours!" - to Ally
    If you die while your Ult-Charge is 100% you regain all your Health, all cooldowns are reset and you gain 20% damage Reduction for 1 Minute.
    While you gain 20% damage Reduction due to your Ultimate, the Ultimate cannot be triggered again.


    Talents:

    Bariks Upgrade:
    Sword Beam now deals 85 dmg every .1 second and marks the targed. Allies who attack the marked target recieve 10% Liferip.

    Tactical Mastermind:
    Your base Health is now 2200. The cooldown of Blessing of the Paladins is now 0 and all effects are doubled.

    Great Protector:
    Guard Impulse now generates 1000 additional shielding for you and your allies for 1 additional second.

    The first Paladin:
    While you are on the Objective all Damage you take is reduced by 25%.


    Cards:

    Armor:
    Frontrow Seat: Gain 14/28/42/56/70% Crowd Control Reduction
    Victory Rush: Eleminations reduce all active cooldowns by 10/20/30/40/50%
    Heavy plate Armor: Increase your base Maximum Health by 150/300/450/600/750
    Vendetta: Every damaging ability deals 10/20/30/40/50 additional points of Damage.

    Cresent Slash:
    Heavy impact: When colliding with a wall due to heavy Impact enemy Units will be stunned for .2/.4/.6/.8/1 seconds
    Wild Flailing: Cooldown of Cresent Slash is reduced by 1/2/3/4/5 seconds
    Empowered Shockwave: Cresent Slash now deals 50/100/150/200/250 additional damage
    Express ticket: Cresent Slash now travels 5/10/15/20/25& faster

    Blessing of the Paladin:
    Godly Healing: Blessing of Healing now heals additional 50/100/150/200/250 health per second.
    Empowering Thought: Blessing of Power increases Damage additionaly by 1/2/3/4/5%
    Beloved Friend: Blessing of Protection increases damage reduction additionally by 1/2/3/4/5%
    Fearless Advance: Blessing of Resistance now increases crowd control resistance additionaly by 5/10/15/20/25%

    Guardian Impulse:
    Aweinspiring: Shielded allies regenerate 200/400/600/800/10000 health over the duration of the shield.
    Save with me: Generated shields have additional 100/200/300/400/500 Health
    Untiring Protector: Reduce the cooldown of Guardian Impulse by .5/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds.
    Breath of fresh air: During the duration of Guard impulse, regenerate 100/200/300/400/500 health.


    This is a complementary moveset to Karne, the Grand Magister

    Adjusted the damage of primary fire and corresponding legendary card.
    Added deeper explanation for the Blessings.
    Blessings now have a certain Duration.

    900 (1200) dps is a lot for a tank. You might want to tune it down

    Could you please explain How "blessing of the paladins" (Q) works. If i understood it correctly, you pick an Ally or yourself to recive One of 4 buffs. But What is the duration of these buffs?

    Noted and done.
    The blessings on this ability do not expire, but you have to pick one every 20 seconds. If you give somebody a blessing already given to somebody else, they swap blessings.

    Tactical Mastermind was meant to turn Valera into a support type champion, that holds back and swaps out Blessings however needed.

    The first Paladin is meant to encourage the tank to actually stick to the objective and make her more of a Point Tank.

    Nice concept, but it needs some polishing. First, in the LMB, a 400 DPS is extremely weak. There's also something odd with the RMB; the text implies that it shoots a shockwave out from a sword, yet it pulls enemies closer? I'm not sure how that will be visually represented. That aside, I personally think abilities that pull enemies closer is a little dull; although this is a little more original in a sense where it can affect multiple enemies. Just an opinion. Next, I think you should give the Q a duration, or else it would be overpowered. Same goes for the Ultimate; permanent effects tend to be problematic.

    The Duration is noted, as is the low dps.
    About the shockwave of the LMB: it states that "It creates a shockwave, that drags enemies with it."
    So they are not pulled towards you, but rather carried away bay the shockwave.
