    1.Is there any chance that you can fix the maps for bots to move around more easily in training,as most of the times..im the only one on the point..while all the other bots are stuck

    Hello everybody. Let's try to be quick.

    1) you have announced that you are working on a new matchmaking system. When is it scheduled? Does an official release date exist?

    2) as you can see in many threads here around, playing tank and support is lately a pitiful experience, since all the nerf have made them only free kills for insane burst dmg of flank and dmg class. In case you hadn't noticed it, we are NOT having fun. This has lead to many players leaving the community (just look at the average post number here, lately). On top of that, TTK is still shrinking and the only way to increase it is to lower burst dmg and raise survivability (of supports, primarily, so they can heal teammates more). Community is asking for that since the so called Big Mobility Nerf and the subsequent buff to flank dmg. Do you plan to finally buff these classes, in order to rebalance the game? This is a very important question, because I, and I think also many others, am not willingly to waste time on a game that is not fun, nor is going to improve.

    3) Considering how MM and MMR are solely based on w/l rate (from a previous declaration by you), why some classes (namely tank and support) have BY DESIGN fewer possibility to carry a game? This leads to everyone picking just flank/DD, since they are not only having more fun (see point 2), but have more chance to win by personal performance.

    For now I only have one question I'm curious about

    Will there be any more global servers added to the game?
    I'd like to see more servers closer to me as I am actually quite far from all of the already available servers (South Africa)

    1) When you're working on new features, modes or balance changes, do you playtest them before release or not?

    1a) assuming yes to 1), how long is your team allowed to playtest changes for? As much as I loved the idea of Rise of Furia, the execution of it honestly felt rushed. Checkpoints were sorely lacking between sections, timer was too harsh for ring collection AND platform jumping unless you're on Maeve/Drogoz/Androxus etc and the final showdown part: being stuck to default loadouts and no items isn't fun.

    2) Speaking of background, before you got into games design and worked for Hi-Rez, do any of you have a formal background in formal education, be it conventional or vocational based? (e.g. in fields like computer science, digital art and so on) Or did you just study game art/programming etc in your spare time? I ask this not only to see what standards Hi-Rez have, but to give others an insight on how to get into games development and write their own games too.
    Played Paladins from OB33 to OB63. Occasionally play nowadays for events and new skins but broken MM and bugs really puts me off guys.

    Frontline and Support main. Mains in all roles for the curious:

    Support: Seris, Mal'Damba and Jenos
    Frontline: Ash, Fernando, Ruckus
    Damage: Vivian, Tyra
    Flanker: Maeve, fairly decent w/ Skye and Andro, Talus, am OK with Evie

    Long time supporter here wondering if and when perhaps will there be other game modes? (capture the flag, crusade, etc)
    Will you be focusing on more surveys to see what direction to move game?
    Will there be any consideration to maybe nerf lex?
    I hope you guys can answer me I really hope there will be a new game mode or TDM map at least soon.

    1) I am curious about balancing. Is there a main goal behind the balancing decisions. A certain class combination to become meta at PPL and ranked. Would a one tank meta at ranked, if it should come to this, be a good thing in your eyes?

    2) Is there a chance we get a sexy skin for Fernando? Why is the sexiest man on the battlefield always shown in a tincan?

    3) What was the real reason behind cards unbound. Now that it's history you can tell us the truth *wink wink*
