    Damage Champion Concept

    Name: Kraze
    Title: The Lightning Apprentice

    Health: 2200
    Movement speed: 355

Appearance: Tophat with blue band around the rim, spiky, seemingly bedhead hair, eyebrows shaped like lightning bolts, crooked and pointy nose with a scar across it. Wears a royal blue coat with gold accents, collar left up. Skinny pants with loafer shoes. His weapon, the Lightning Cuffs, each have a wire that reaches his palms, regulating the electric energy that is discharged when he fires. They are not the source of the lightning bolts, but are there to prevent you from hurting/killing yourself when firing. His voice sounds a bit like Wickerman Mal'Damba.

Note: "Shock" would be a CC unique to Kraze, where the target is suspended, even in the air, for the duration. The victim cannot look around, use abilties or shoot for the duration. The victim, when shocked, appears to be frozen in whatever position they were when they got hit, resuming the action after the timer is up.

LMB: Lighting Cuffs Channel your powers to deliver two bolts of lighting, one from each hand.
    Details
    - One bolt comes out of each hand, dealing 400 damage, for a total of 800
    - Click once to fire each bolt, there is no refire delay
    - If you miss, the visual effect for the bolt will not appear, but sparks will fly around your cuffs, indicating that you fired
    - Hitting an enemy applies a stack of conduction to them, with a maximum of 1 stack
    - Hitting a stacked enemy will cause the bolt to chain between other stacked enemies, dealing 400 damage to each one
    - After hitting an enemy with the maximum number of stacks, one stack is destroyed
    - After each set of bolts, there is a 1.6 second reload before the next two
    - You can target up to two enemies with one set of bolts
    - They have a maximum range of 130 (about the range of Grohk's weapon), after which they disappear completely
    - Counts as direct damage
    - You can't buy Deft Hands on Kraze
    *Evil cackling*
"I don't mean to show off, heehee!"

RMB: Lightning Beacon Place a mysterious beacon on the ground, used to amplify your powers. 14 second cooldown.
    Details
    - Acts as a deployable
    - Has 1500 hit points
    - After a 3 second delay, it will zap the 3 nearest enemies, shocking them for 1.5 seconds
    - Has a range of 40 units in any direction
    - Deals 500 damage to each affected enemy
    - Is destroyed after zapping enemies
"You don't get away THAT easily!"
    "Hold that thought!

Q: Particle Blast Freeze yourself in place, gathering your energy, then release it in an electromagnetic blast that can shock deployables and shields, but not players. 15 second cooldown.
    Details
    - Has a radius of 40 units
    - Shocking effect lasts for 3.5 seconds
    - Shocked deployables have tiny bolts flowing around them for the duration, to indicate it is shocked and does not work
    - Shocked shields blink and have small bolts flowing through them, indicating that it will let shots through for the duration
    - Reduces healing of affected enemies by 80% for 2 seconds
    "BOOM!"

F: Grounding Become an electrical current and flow through surfaces to reach your destination, damaging opponents you pass through. 9 second cooldown.
    Details
    - Has a range of 65 units
    - Gains full invincibility while traveling
    - Can move along the X and Y axis
    - When moving to a higher platform, you will travel up the nearest wall or anything of that nature to reach it
    - Passing through opponents deals 500 direct damage
    - Passing through enemies stacked with Conduction will cause you to travel 65 more units, works 3 times
    "I'll be right back... maybe."

Ultimate: Blitz After a brief windup, begin rapidly pulsing through enemies, dealing high damage.
    Details
    - Lasts 6 seconds
    - Will automatically bounce to the nearest enemy within 50 units
    - Can pass through the same enemy more than once
    - Deals 500 damage to each enemy hit
    - Silences each target for 1 second
    - Takes 0.5 seconds to travel between enemies
    - Hitting the first enemy requires aim, as the ultimate fails if you miss, no charge refunded
    - Will always deal a total of 6000 damage across all enemies
    - Hitting only one enemy deals 500 damage to them and silences them, then the ultimate ends
Allies hear: "Look what I can do!"
Enemies hear: "Aww, don't run away!"

The most useful kind of teammate is one who dodges all your heals and walks into enemy bullets.

Plat II, do I finally have some credibility now?

True. Dat. I was actually planning to rework it because I don't like free damage ults.

I really like how this concept is so creative and experimental, but you can work on polishing some inconsistent parts. First, the RMB is too difficult to use. The idea itself is very interesting, but the projectile angle will make aiming almost impossible. You can make the bullets have an extent of auto-aim, or the projectiles can deal a very wide radius of splash damage, or the Chain Tesla can release large AoE blasts; your possibilities are open. The Q can also use some work. I love the idea, but it's too weak. It should at least deal some damage, as it is powerless against enemies without shields. Lastly, I think the Ultimate can be a little more creative. A projectile that slows is already a unique idea, but it lacks impact to be an Ultimate.
    Congratulations, you've noticed my post.

    Noted, I'll work on it.

A few clarifications about the RMB, it is autoaimed at anyone within a 60 degree cone, opposite you. You can aim higher up the beacon to raise the cone, it will hit higher. I think I'll work on that too tho, to make it easier to use.
