These patch notes are overwhelming to read

What were the thoughts behind removing manifest from Grohk, and buffing his ult which was the initial problem people complained about in the first place.

Strange how it doesn't mention that Payload has been removed and Seige was renamed Capture and Payload

First bit of Feedback - Can we get different colored borders for the Specialty Cards, to help them stand out in the card menu some more?

Looks like Evie also lost Finisher and Impact, but they're not listed as being removed in the patch notes.

Specialty cards seem totally contrary to promoting a unique play style. Not having specialty cards promoted MORE unique play styles because they didnt force players down a specific path. Feels like a cheap way to balance two cards that have strong synergies.

Really excited to test this new patch. Couple of big nerfs (Buck), but a couple of much needed buffs (Skye)
