    STORY:

    It was all Lucius Ethan can see with his rune eye, as he keeps remembering how he lost them;
    Execution Day, we prisoners shall see the afterlife. But no, they make us as blind slaves.
    One hope comes from one eye, shattered. Screams shall be heard. But I heard an echoing rune detonation,
    But It's the time where I bled out.
    Thought the shadows were dreams. But I woke up with a feel of constant heat on my left eye, but then I know,
    the gift is my shadows.

    I think this is really cool. I would say that Rune Cry maybe shouldn't have the cry unless you were going to give movement speed as well. But other than that, I think he's pretty cool and would definitely be a different type of flank. How fast is his projectile and reload speed? Because his weapon sort of feels like a damage weapon because of a rune being created if it hits an inanimate object. Now would that object have to be a deployable from an enemy champion, or like a wall. That sort of affects how he would be played as well. I would give him a fast projectile speed and a lot of damage (600-1000 per hit) but make his reload speed (maybe like maeve's) slow so you have to be accurate with it. Unless you're going to make it an area of effect like Evie's. It all just depends.
