    Note: .47 released for PS4 on 4/18/2017. As soon as it clears certification, .47 will be released for Xbox One as well.




    CONSOLE SPECIFIC

    GENERAL
    • Fixed an issue where tracers were not showing.
    • Fixed an issue where the player could not move while the scoreboard was open.
    • Item purchasing during matches moved from X to A (Xbox) and Square to X (PS4)
    • Skill Viewer added, hold D-Pad UP during a match to display it.
    • Addressed an issue where black bars would appear on PS4


    AIM AND CONTROL
    • Removed aim assist settings from the Options menu.
    • Adjusted tracking for all champions and reduced Magnetism.
    • Renamed Aim Acceleration Boost to Aim Acceleration Strength for more clarity.
    • Adjusted Aim Assist so that it functions properly in various modes (Hip fire, Iron Sights, Projectile Etc).
    • Set default acceleration state to Classic
    • Set default aim acceleration strength to 7


    We've heard your feedback regarding aim assist and game pad feel, a lot of effort was spent ensuring the game pad and aim assist felt right. The default aiming settings were changed to offer a more traditional, crisp acceleration. As always, please continue to give feedback on the aim assist via our in-game panel.

    NOTE - If you currently have Auto Buy ENABLED in the Settings Menu, then it will start working after 0.47 is released. Make sure to check the setting BEFORE playing matches.


    GENERAL

    • Titles
      • A new type of item that is equipped on the account profile.
      • Titles are earned by getting a champion to Mastery level 20 and is the tittle of that specific champion.
      • New titles are planned to be added based on Achievements and various awards.
    • Mastery
      • The Mastery page has been updated to better show the list of rewards available for each champion Mastery level.
    • Improve flow for disenchanting cards used in a Loadout.
      • Added warning when about to disenchant a card used in a Loadout
      • Disenchanted card now removed from Loadout
      • Show that loadout is in an invalid state
    • Added additional sound fx for UI elements
      • Joining a queue
      • Selecting a Champion and Customizations in Match Lobby
    • All champions have had their remaining temp card art replaced. Over 100 finished card art added.


    BUG FIXES
    • Fixed not being able to use VGS before transitioning to end of match.
    • Fixed next reward on the champion mastery screen showing the reward for the level after next.
    • Fixed scoreboard showing card rarity instead of card level for loadout points.
    • Directed Taunts should now trigger more accurately, will now reference the right character.
    • Fixed Auto Purchase Items not working initially. NOTE - If you have it currently ENABLED in the Settings Menu, then it will start working after OB47 is released. Make sure to check the setting BEFORE playing matches.


    REWARDS ADJUSTMENTS
    • Reduced FWOTD bonus reward from 450 to 300.
    • Reduced Weekly Quests rewards from 1000 to 750.
    • Replaced Champion Mastery Level 2 and 3 rewards with 500 gold.

    • Kinessa *NEW* Item Quest Unlock
      • Upon unlocking the Nova Strike collection, you will receive 4 items and a new type of Item Quest will appear. Playing games with Kinessa will complete the Item Quest and unlock the remaining 4 items in the Nova Strike collection for free.

    Are the leaderbourds back for Xbox? They got completely removed whilst PS4 kept them.

    Could you give more details on the reduction to the magnetism? Like what number it was reduced to from the values from 46?

    Just played a game with Drogoz and the assist is off the charts, the cross hair is dragged away from the fire spit by the magnetism. I even noticed pull towards champs when using Drogoz ult.

    Also I cannot change the value of Aim Acceleration Strength in the options, I thought that this was going to be removed because I haven't been able to modify it for 4 patches now but since ye just changed the name of it I'm assuming it's staying put, if so why can't I adjust it?

    Thank you for listening to player feedback on the aim assist! The magnet is no longer pulling my crosshairs to targets, and that's a very, very good thing. Tracking (rotating around a target) feels like it's still on full blast, and I know some folks are going to want to tone that down a bit.

    Haven't tested all champs yet, but I'm definitely liking the changes I've seen thus far. As always, thanks for all your hard work.

    Slow projectile champions like drogoz and evie shouldn't have any magnetism, and very low tracking like 2-3. This will cause a lot of trouble hitting targets if it's high. You need to lead or predict where your target is going. By having the pull from aim assist, it's going to upset a lot of people.

    My only other option would be to have a low proximity for the aim assist. If people do need it, it will only kick in when you can get direct hit moving targets.

    Drogoz Spitfire and Salvo still bugged, Mal'Damba still bugged and kills sound randomly, Founders Pack chests still missing, aim-assist still taking control away from you (as in auto-aim), still not able to turn off acceleration, ...

    This game is still very very far away from being a competitive shooter on consoles. Maybe your console devs should play some console games to get an idea for how aim-assist and acceleration should work. Taking away options was a terrible idea.

    The trophy, kill someone with a 15 streak or higher is bugged too, I've two times killed someone with 15 or higher with my ult and it didn't work then yesterday I let someone have 15 kills again and killed them with Maeve and still didn't pop although all those times I did get the kill SOLO.

    Also the inzoom bug in the beginning can still throw you off your horse with Kinezza, other champions I played were fine.

    As old BO3 comp player, I would love to see similar aim back in Paladins, BO3 movement felt smooth, in Paladins its sometimes just guessing how far you've to turn and such, I'm no expert in this but it feels horrible.

    The default aim assist feels better to me than previous versions because you can actually move your crosshairs without them being pulled back to center. However, removing all options for assist was, as you said, a really bad idea. The way your champ strafes around a target is very noticeable, so a slider or on/off switch is needed. What bothers me most is that these options disappeared when I felt like I was starting to play well with assist turned off.

    BTW, what's bugged about Spitfire and Salvo? I just started playing Drogoz, so I don't know about this yet.
