    Character Concept - Vastikar, Blood Warlock (Support)

    "Hello! This is a character concept I just thought of and just had to type down. This character is a very unique concept for a support champion; Rather than creating healing from thin air, the character steals life from their enemies." Yeah scratch that.

    Update: Alright with the new character concept codenamed "Demon" I'm starting to feel a bit ripped off. Especially since Zhin's weapon isn't all that different from that of my Rystil concept. Like... C'mon.

    Update #2: Renovating the character for Cards Unbound, and implementing many of my new ideas.


    DESCRIPTION

    Vastikar is an adult Ska'drin, and a warlock at that, tapping into forbidden power granted to him by one of the Lords of the Abyss. His weapon is called a Pactblade; It's a dagger, held with the blade pointed down, with a wand-like tip on the other end, holding a gem wreathed in green fire. Vastikar's skin is pale and faintly reddish, and his eyes glow a pale, seafoam green. His horns are long and curve backwards, and are blackened. Between his horns floats an orb of green flame, identical to his eyes and the flame atop his Pactblade. Rather than walk, he floats like Ying, with greenish flames encircling his feet. His personality is surprisingly benevolent, but his darker side can occasionally be seen.



    ABILITIES

    Health: 3000

    Movespeed: 365

    Mechanic: Spellcasting - Vastikar's power lies in the spells he can create by combining his runes. Each spell is a combination of three runes, followed by an Eldritch Blast attack to trigger it. The spell is centered on where the Eldritch Blast lands, or the spell effects the target the Eldritch Blast strikes, depending on the spell.

    Left-Click: Eldritch Blast (Direct Damage) - This weapon fires beams of pale green, fire-like energy at a range from the crystalline top of his Pactblade; It has 5 ammo before having to be reloaded. The first shot fires one beam, the second fires two beams in rapid succession (With 0.2s in between), and so forth, with the last shot firing 5 beams in a row. These are projectiles with 350 projectile speed, and Vastikar loses 50 health per beam fired. Each beam applies Warlock's Curse to the target, stacking up to 10 times and lasting 10s. If all 5 beams of the last shot hit an enemy, they're Disarmed for 1s. The beams deal 125 damage each, and the weapon can be fired once every 0.8s, with a 2s reload time. When the weapon is reloaded, each charge of Warlock's Curse is detonated, dealing 75 damage per charge and healing Vastikar for the amount of damage dealt. You gain 1% ultimate charge per beam that hits.


    Right-Click: Rune Of Destruction - Exitium - After a 1s cast time, trace a Rune in the air in front of you, infused with the power to harm. This Rune grants you and all allies within 30 units of you a 5% damage boost, stacking up to three times. Rune of Destruction lasts for 10s and has 3 charges, each charge having a 12s cooldown.

    F Key: Rune Of The Void - Vacuus - After a 1s cast time, trace the Rune of the Void in front of you, granting yourself and allies within 30 units a 10% bonus to movement speed. The Rune stacks up to 3 times, lasts 10s, and has 3 charges, each with a 12s cooldown.

    Q Key: Rune Of The Soul - Anima - After a 1s cast time, trace the Spirit rune in the air, healing yourself and allies within 30 units of yourself for 1% of their max health each second. This stacks up to 3 times, lasts for 10s, and has 3 charges, each with a 12s cooldown.

    Ultimate: Rune Of Power - Potentia - While your ultimate meter is at 100%, you project an aura of power, granting yourself and allies within 60 units 10% faster cooldowns. When cast, the your cooldowns and those of your allies within range are reset. The Rune of Power has a 1s cast time, and is required to cast the greatest of Vastikar's spells.


    CARDS

    LEGENDARY CARDS

    • Burning Curse (Weapon) (Default Legendary) - Targets affected by Warlock's Curse are burned for {0.1% | 0.1%} of their max health per charge each second.

    • Fatespinner (Weapon) - When you apply Warlock's Curse to a target, targets within {12 | 2} units are also cursed. When you reload, allies within 30 units receive {14% | 4%} of the healing value.

    • Power In The Blood (Armor) - You gain {1.5% | 0.5%} damage reduction for each charge of Warlock's Curse currently active on targets.

    • Quickflame Tracery (Rune of Power) - The cast time of your runes is reduced by {0.4s | 0.05s}, your ultimate charges {13.25% | 0.75%} faster, and your ultimate has 3 charges.



    Rune Of Destruction:

    • Destruction's Embrace - RARE - Reduces the cooldown of Exitium by {0.25s | 0.25s} each time you take damage.

    • Stand Together - EPIC - You and allies within Exitium's radius gain {0.5% | 0.5%} damage reduction for every ally (Other than you) within the radius of Exitium.

    • Twisted Grin - COMMON - Killing a foe while Exitium is active resets the duration of Exitium. This can only happen once every {25s | -2.5s}.

    • Inferno Blessing - COMMON - Activating Exitium reduces the cooldown of Anima by {0.25s | 0.25s}


    Rune Of The Void:

    • Shadow Slip - COMMON - The movement speed granted by Vacuus is increased by {15% | 5%}.

    • Curseflinger - RARE - Activating Vacuus reduces the cooldown of Exitium by {0.25s | 0.25s}

    • Enduring Enchantment - COMMON - Vacuus' effect lasts for {0.5s | 0.5s} after the rune ends.

    • Black Blood - COMMON - Your first weapon shot after using Vacuus reduces healing on the target by {40.5% | 4.5% for 3s.


    Rune Of The Soul:

    • Clawing Darkness - RARE - Enemies within the radius of Anima are slowed for {20.05% | 2.75%}.

    • Ravenous Pact - RARE - Activating Anima reduces the cooldown of Vacuus by {0.25s | 0.25s}.

    • Enervation - EPIC - Enemies within the radius of Anima deal {0.5% | 0.5%} less damage.

    • Eternal Font - COMMON - Anima's effect lasts for {0.5s | 0.5s} after the rune ends.


    Weapon/Armor:

    • Weapon: Blood Rain - COMMON - You gain {0.4% | 0.4%} lifesteal for every active charge of Warlock's Curse.

    • Weapon: Vengeful Crusade - COMMON - When an ally dies, you are granted {5% | 5%} increased movement speed and attack speed for 5s. This can happen once every {60s | -3.34s}.

    • Armor: Mark Of Fire - COMMON - You cannot be slowed below {45% | 5%} of your movement speed.

    • Armor: Run Like Blood - EPIC - When below {25% | 5%} max health, your movement speed is increased by a percentage equal to the percentage of health you're missing.


    DEFAULT LOADOUTS

    Brimstone Speaker: Stand Together, Destruction's Embrace, Curseflinger, Black Blood, Twisted Grin.

    Soothing Agony: Eternal Font, Inferno Blessing, Clawing Darkness, Blood Rain, Enervation.

    Embers And Shadows: Enduring Enchantment, Run Like Blood, Ravenous Pact, Shadow Slip, Vengeful Crusade.

    SPELLS

    Vastikar's spells are made of of three Runes, just like words are made of letters. Combinations of three runes will make specific Spells; When you learn a spell by casting it, the game will remember it and help you keep track of how to cast it - When you cast a rune and then a second, it will show the available spells that can be cast, and by adding which final rune. The three most basic are Hellfire Blast, Void Step, and Mending Flames.

    Each individual Spell has its own cooldown; Once used, it cannot be used again for 10s. Thus you'll likely rotate between a short list of spells during combat.

    Hellfire Blast (Exitium/Exitium/Exitium): Fires a large blast of green fire, dealing 10% max health damage to all enemies within a 30-unit burst.

    Void Step (Vacuus/Vacuus/Vacuus): Over a 1s cast time, teleport up to 60 units in the direction you're looking, becoming untargetable for the duration of the cast.

    Mending Flames (Anima/Anima/Anima): Heals targets within a 30-unit burst for 30% of their max health instantly.

    Burning Soul (Anima/Exitium/Exitium): Mark a target for 10s. Any healing applied to them is instead dealt as damage.

    Master's Brand (Anima/Anima/Exitium): Mark a target for 10s. You and your allies gain 100% lifesteal against that target.

    Cast Out (Anima/Vacuus/Vacuus): The target phases out, becoming untargetable for 5s, but also unable to use their weapons or abilities.

    Stolen Breath (Anima/Anima/Vacuus): Mark a target for 10s. During this time, any healing the target gains is redirected to you.

    Blood For Blood (Vacuus/Exitium/Exitium): Mark a target for 4s. Any damage you take, any healing you gain, and any status effects applied to you, are instead redirected to that target.

    Blood Brothers (Vacuus/Vacuus/Exitium): Mark an ally for 10s. For the duration, half of the damage they take is instead taken by you.

    Burn At Both Ends (Anima/Vacuus/Exitium): For the next 10s, your cooldowns are reduced by 50%. However, you take 150 damage each second.

    Well Of Souls (Anima/Anima/Potentia): Erupt into green flame. For the next 5s, allies within 30 units of you are healed for 25% of their max health per second.

    Walk The Aeons (Vacuus/Vacuus/Potentia): You and allies within 60 units of you gain a 50% increase to movement speed and a 50% chance per instance to ignore an instance of damage or crowd control. Walk The Aeons lasts for 6s.

    Finger Of Death (Exitium/Exitium/Potentia): Deal 90% of the target's max health to them as damage.

    Update: I have renovated this character concept to function with the Cards Unbound system. Art will be coming within the next month if I can remember.
