    Hi-Rez Studios Authenticate and Update Service will not start on this machine

    Dear guys,

    I had problem with my game,
    When I login to game, it said


    I click fix then run diagnostic, the result is


    My PC user is admin user, I tried to turn off Hirez Service and restart service as below


    It didnot work.
    Finally, I reinstalled game but nothing changed.

    Can someone help me with my problem.

    are you using steam?

    uninstall the Hirez-Service first then( make sure all is deleted)
    go to your local drive>Program files x86 > steam >steamapps>common> paladins > binaries > redist> InstallHirezService.

    No, i don't use steam.
    When I click Paladins icon a window pops up saying Steam try to do something on my PC, I click Yes, then things happens as above.

    It sounds like you're running the steam launcher without steam. Go to your directory and make sure you're launching 'HiRezLauncherUI' and not 'SteamLauncherUI'.
