A champ has really good cards? let's see what we have:
Insane self sustain through cards that out number other champ's trash 200 max cards
insane cooldown reduction up to 75% (you are a dumb if you are not playing this, "different playstyle" LOL
doubling your mobility/suviablity

But yes i agree , champs need to be vaible with out cards and lc. cards and lc should enhance a skill not a "must have if u wanna get any value out of the skill" thing.
