Cards that are colored in dark green are complicated cards, which require a high skill and can be risky.

Kinessa:
Ambush:
Kinessa gains +4/8/12/16% dmg after standing still for 5 seconds and +2/5/8/11% dmg if shoots from the bushes

Headshot:
Kinessa now does +10/12/14/16% damage to enemies if the shot hits their heads.
This card doesn't work while using Headhunter.

Field Medic:
Oppressor mines will now heal nearby allies for 20/40/60/80 HP per sec.

Grover:
Rooted to the Forest:
Enemies hit by Grover's Ultimate will be now slowed for 20/25/30/35% and have their damage reduced by 5/7/9/11/13%.

Blood Axe:
Grover's throwing axe will now slow enemies by 10/20/30/40% and heal Grover for 50/100/150/200 HP if he hits.
If he misses, the Cooldown ill rise by 1/2/3/4 seconds.

Speed Plants:
Briars&Blossoms will now slow enemies for 5/10/15/20% or buff allies' speed by 5/10/15/20%

Cassie:
War Eagle:
Scout will now deal 20/30/40/50 damage in the duration of Scout, and enemies will be slowed by 10/20/30/40% if Cassie hits them while being affected by Scout.

Forest Grass:
Cassie gains +100/150/200/250 max HP, heals bonus 2/3/4/5% HP out of combat and gains 10/20/30/40% bonus speed while out of Combat.

Blood Sacrifice Arrows:
Cassie uses her blood to enhance her arrows. She is damaged by 20/30/40/50 HP per shot, and every shot will deal bonus 30/40/50/60% and slow the enemy hit by 10/15/20/25% for 2 seconds.
Cassie cannot die from this card, if she doesn't have enough HP, this card won't activate.

Blood Powder:
Cassie's blast shot now costs 100/150/200/250 of her HP, but will heal for 125/175/225/275 for each enemy hit.

Magic Shot:
Disengage Shot loads itself every 20 seconds with a magic arrow.
If Cassie hits an enemy with that shot, the enemy will be damaged x1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8 of a normal shot, slowed for 10/20/30/40% for 1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds.
If Cassie misses the shot, she'll be disarmed for 2.5 seconds.

First Aim, First Shot:
If Cassie hits her first shot while out of combat, it will do bonus 25/50/75/100% damage and heal her for 50/100/150/200 HP.

Longer Journey:
Scout now lasts 2/3/4/5 more seconds and enemies hit by Cassie while affected by scout will take additional 10/15/20/25% damage

Rolling Archer:
Cassie now may roll twice while Scout is active.
She also gains 10/20/30/40% bonus speed for 3 seconds after using the second roll.

Burning Arrow:
Cassie's RMB is now a fire arrow, which burns the enemy hit by 100/150/200/250 damage in 3 seconds and slows them by 5/10/15/20%

Androxus:
What Goes Around:
Reversal will now recieve damage from behind too and will shoot back 20/40/60/80% of the damage taken from the back, back. (In addition to the front)

Darkness Destruction:
Reversal damage will now do 30/40/50/60% bonus damage to shields and deployables.

Quick Fire:
If androxus hits 2 shots in a row (Using Revolver-LMB) ,he will have a 10/20/30/40% damage buff and 10% speed buff in the next shot, speed will be for 2/3/4/5 seconds.

Twilight: After using Accursed arm, Androxus will gain an extra nether step on the next use, and will gain 10/20/30/40% damage for 3 seconds (It'll happan after the Ult ended)

Return Fire:
If Androxus hits an enemy with the damage taken from that enemy by Reversal, it will deal more 10/15/20/25% damage and slow the enemy hit for 10/15/20/25% for 5 seconds.

One use is all I need:
Accursed Arm has now 3/2/1/1. It will deal bonus 50/150/250/350% damage.

Fernando:
Smelly Aura:
Fernando has an Aura which scares enemies, slowing them by 5/10/15/20% while near Fernando and their damage is reduced by 5/7/9/11%.

Fast Savior:
Fernando gains 10/20/30/40% speed while using his Ultimate, and the minimum HP threshold goes up by 100/150/200/250 HP.

War Commander:
While Fernando uses his shield, he'll receive 10/15/20/25% of the damage allies near him recieve. That damage can't be absorbed by the shield.

Angry Fernando:
Fernando can now attack while using his Ultimate.
He and allies in his ultimate gain 10/15/20/25% bonus speed, enemies suffer 5/10/15/20% damage reduction when they hit allies in the ultimate circle.

Fire Cloak:
Fernando now returns 5/10/15/20% damage taken to the enemy.
This card isn't active if the Shield is up.

Armored Fortress:
Fernando gains a stacking shield of 100/150/200/250 HP every 15 seconds, stacking up to 3 stacks.

Blood Sacrifice:
Fernando's regeneration and healing gained is reduced by 15/20/25/30%, but has 5/10/15/20% more speed, deals 5/10/15/20% more damage and has 7/8/9/10% more max HP.


Walking Fortress:
Fernando now walks 5/10/15/20% slower(Mount is also affected), gives 5/10/15/20% speed bonus to allies.
His damage is reduced by 10/15/20/25% (Fireball is also affected) but he heals for 50/75/100/125 bonus HP per second when out of combat + 30/40/50/60 HP per sec while in combat.
Allies near Fernando now have 4/6/8/10% increased healing and regeneration.

Ying:
Illusions aren't healers:
Illusionary Rift now reduces the HP healing and regeneraion by 20/30/40/50%

I don't like percent chance cards.. Like each attack there is a 30% chance to 1 shot the enemy. This is a super exaggerated example but percent chance cards shouldn't be in a competitive game or a casual-esque game like Paladins

U know that headhunter deals 100% damage to the heads right? why would u need more??

Oh, fixed it. It's supposed to be in every stance except ulti- it'll make the skill needed to be good with Kinessa higher, since now every person can just pick her and do well
