Good day people! Right now I'll be showing you my card concepts that hopefully will buff the small tier champions in the future updates.

Let's start off by the C+ tier champion, Skye.

Legendary Cards:

(Reworked) From "Surprise Attack" - Hidden

Deal 300 bonus damage on your first shot out of Hidden.

to "Sightless Assassin" - Hidden

100% damage resistance after using Hidden for 2.5s.

Loadout Cards:

(Buffed) Ninja - Hidden

I - Gain 10% additional Movement Speed during Hidden.
II - Gain 20% additional Movement Speed during Hidden.
III - Gain 30% additional Movement Speed during Hidden.
IV - Gain 40% additional Movement Speed during Hidden.

(Buffed and Reworked) Slip Away - Armor

I - Gain 8% movement speed and 5% increased jump height when Out of Combat.
II - Gain 16% movement speed and 10% increased jump height when Out of Combat.
III - Gain 24% movement speed and 15% increased jump height when Out of Combat.
IV - Gain 32% movement speed and 20% increased jump height when Out of Combat.

(Buffed) Healing Vapors - Smoke Screen

I - Grants 90 Health over 5s when entering Smoke Screen.
II - Grants 180 Health over 5s when entering Smoke Screen.
III- Grants 270 Health over 5s when entering Smoke Screen.
IV - Grants 360 Health over 5s when entering Smoke Screen.

B Tier Champion, Buck

Legendary Cards:

(Reworked) Bulk Up - Recovery

Recovery heals for 600 more instantly.

to

Recovery heals for 300 more instantly and grants 65% lifesteal.

Loadout Cards:

(Buffed) Concussion - Net Shot

I - Reduce the cooldown of Net Shot by 1.5s.
II - Reduce the cooldown of Net Shot by 3s.
III - Reduce the cooldown of Net Shot by 4.5s.
IV - Reduce the cooldown of Net Shot by 6s.

(Buffed) Tangled - Net Shot

I - Increase the duration of Net Shot by 0.7s.
II - Increase the duration of Net Shot by 1.4s.
III - Increase the duration of Net Shot by 2.1s.
IV - Increase the duration of Net Shot by 2.8s.

(Reworked) Street Sweeper - Weapon

I - Reload 10% faster after getting an elimination for 2s.
II - Reload 20% faster after getting an elimination for 2s.
III - Reload 30% faster after getting an elimination for 2s.
IV - Reload 40% faster after getting an elimination for 2s.

B Tier Champion, Grohk

Loadout Cards:

(Buffed) Healing Rain - Healing Totem

I - Allies inside your Healing Totem are healed for 2% of their maximum Health per second.
II - Allies inside your Healing Totem are healed for 4% of their maximum Health per second.
III - Allies inside your Healing Totem are healed for 6% of their maximum Health per second.
IV - Allies inside your Healing Totem are healed for 8% of their maximum Health per second.

(Buffed) Totemic Rescue - Armor

I - Dropping below 30% of your max Health grants you a 250 Health Shield for 4s.
II - Dropping below 30% of your max Health grants you a 500 Health Shield for 4s.
III - Dropping below 30% of your max Health grants you a 750 Health Shield for 4s.
IV - Dropping below 30% of your max Health grants you a 1000 Health Shield for 4s.

(Buffed and Reworked) Astral Traveler - Ghost Walk

I - Gain 25% additional Movement Speed and 5% jump height during Ghost Walk.
II - Gain 50% additional Movement Speed and 10% jump height during Ghost Walk.
III- Gain 75% additional Movement Speed and 15% jump height during Ghost Walk.
IV - Gain 100% additional Movement Speed and 20% jump height during Ghost Walk.

B Tier Champion, Torvald

Legendary Cards:

(Reworked) From "Alternating Current" - Recharge

Increase Recharge's duration by 1.5s.

to "Vast Preservation" - Armor

Increases maximum shield health by 2000.

Loadout Cards:

(Buffed) Eldritch Speed - Recharge

I - Gain 10% Movement Speed during Recharge.
II - Gain 20% Movement Speed during Recharge.
III - Gain 30% Movement Speed during Recharge.
IV - Gain 40% Movement Speed during Recharge.

(Buffed) Glyph of Freedom - Armor

I - Reduce the duration of Crowd Control by 8%.
II - Reduce the duration of Crowd Control by 16%.
III - Reduce the duration of Crowd Control by 24%.
IV - Reduce the duration of Crowd Control by 32%.

B+ Tier Champion, Ying

Legendary Cards:

(Reworked) From "Focusing Lens" - Weapon

Deal 200 extra damage if you hit all 5 shots on the same target.

to "Relieving Lens" - Weapon

Illusory Mirror can now heal teammates and deployables by 200 per hit.

(Buffed) Lifelike - Illusion

Illusions can now target two allies when healing but Illusions heal for 30% less.

to

Illusions can now target two allies when healing.

Loadout Cards:

(Buffed) Efficiency - Dimensional Link

I - Reduce the Cooldown of Dimensional Link by 1.2s.
II - Reduce the Cooldown of Dimensional Link by 2.4s.
III - Reduce the Cooldown of Dimensional Link by 3.6s.
IV - Reduce the Cooldown of Dimensional Link by 4.8s.

B+ Tier Champion, Maeve

(Reworked) Cat Burglar - Prowl

Deal 20% more damage with your first shots after prowl.

to

Can attack while not cancelling Prowl.

Loadout Cards:

(Buffed) Savagery - Pounce

I - Pounce heals you for 80 Health on a successful hit.
II - Pounce heals you for 160 Health on a successful hit.
III - Pounce heals you for 240 Health on a successful hit.
IV - Pounce heals you for 320 Health on a successful hit.

B+ Tier Champion, Kinessa

(Reworked) Suppression - Oppressor Mine

Multiple Oppressor Mines can now affect the same target and Oppressor Mines now slow for an additional 20%.

to

Oppressor Mines increase their slow by 10% to 100% and increase their damage by 1 to 15 every second.

(Reworked and Buffed/Nerfed) Lie in Wait - Armor

I - After 1.5s of standing still regenerate 60 Health each second.
II - After 1.5s of standing still regenerate 120 Health each second.
III - After 1.5s of standing still regenerate 180 Health each second.
IV - After 1.5s of standing still regenerate 240 Health each second.

(Buffed) True Grit - Sniper Mode

I - Hitting an enemy with a fully charged shot heals you for 90.
II - Hitting an enemy with a fully charged shot heals you for 180.
III - Hitting an enemy with a fully charged shot heals you for 270.
IV - Hitting an enemy with a fully charged shot heals you for 360.

Giga Siphon already grants Lifesteal during Recovery.

*Updated the description of Bulk Up to

"Recovery heals for 300 more and grants 60% lifesteal instantly."

I reduce the percentage of lifesteal so that with Giga Siphon IV, it will become 100%.
