Its a good ideia but this can make the games come a big snow ball.

I am not sure if they do, but if they don't I think it would be an awesome idea to implement that in the game

Nope, they only earn more credits for defending the objective. Currently all champions except supports are getting ult charge from dealing damage.

Also, if they could charge their ults from an objective, the team with 2-3 frontliners would be nearly invincible, wouldn't it?

Do the supports also get ult charge from damage or just heals ?
