Why shield Fernando is not hollow, but protects against the ultimate Victor. Shield, Makoa, hollow and does not protect against ultimate Victor. Re-work shields of the characters.

The ultimate of Viktor only explodes when it hits the ground or a target. Fernando can block the explosion if he faces the middle of the explosion. Makoa's shield doesn't work because the missile explodes inside his shield, not ouside. Hope that English makes sense to you

It has no logic. The rocket drops from above, it means, that Fernando must be damaged WITH the shield, because the shield will be in the AOE too, but turtle- the rocket first of all must brake the shield to get to the ground, and if the first rocket brake the shield, the second and third then can hit the ground

I agree, it doesn't make much sense. Makoa is forced to flee from Viktor's Ult while Fernando can shield through it. Makes no sense since Fernando only blocks in front and Makoa blocks from all directions.
