Sniper's Instinct:

Card Type: Sniper Mode

Landing continuous shots will increase your bullet damage by [5%/9%/13%/17%], if you do not shoot in the next [2/3/4/5] seconds damage stacking will stop. Exiting your scope will stop the damage stack.

Level I:
Landing continuous shots will increase your bullet damage by [5%], if you do not shoot in the next [5] seconds damage stacking will stop. Exiting your scope will stop the damage stack.

Level II:
Landing continuous shots will increase your bullet damage by [9%], if you do not shoot in the next [4] seconds damage stacking will stop. Exiting your scope will stop the damage stack.

Landing continuous shots will increase your bullet damage by [13%], if you do not shoot in the next [3] seconds damage stacking will stop. Exiting your scope will stop the damage stack.

sounds too powerful... since it would potential let Kinessa deal almost 2500+ of damage per shot after first.

Also, should be Sniper's Instinct instead

By my calculations, without the ultimate being active, you wouldn't do up to 2,500+ damage. Unless you took it the wrong way, and thought that it would add 17% damage, it wouldn't, it would just stay at the regular bullet damage PLUS the 17%, so at constant it would be after the first shot:
1800+306=2,106
1300+221=1,521
The maximum being 2.1k which is with 4 bullets, IF you make every shot and do not leave the scope.

And from this thing to, if you meant by consecutive shots, you're already doing 1.8k x5, if you hit all shots, with this card you would get 1.8 + 2.1 x4 if you hit every shot AND do not leave the scoping/not shoot in the next two seconds.

Oh boy... Kinessa's at elo 4200+ dont stay in scope more than 1-2 shot xD wee abuse of the scope/unscope/scope/unscope with prodigy to move quick from aside to side

If you would leave the scope, you would lose to buff. So you would only get 2 shots if you shot, shot again, and left the scope. There are 5 bullets in the chamber for her sniper. Meaning only 2 of them would get the 2.1k damage, IF you get the headshot. And that would be inefficient because while you're doing that they could have been healed by then.

x 15% with Aggression (which in turn would make this card combo useful, lol)

2100 x 1.15 = 2415, almost 2500

Tho yes, I thought you meant it adds +17% dmg to the total damage done per shot after first...

Then again this is if you have Aggression 3, which you won't get until late game.
