When we win a match we get like 10 points in ranking, but when we loose a match we loose like 30 points, that's to unbalanced

You do realize that there are already like 5 ppl that have reached the max elo (5500). Im pretty sure that the elo system is done that the sum of lost elo of loosing team, and the earned elo of wining team equal 0.

you do know you loose approximatly 100-200 points when you loose

it changes based off of how many matches won vs lost.

My 4510 fernando (32-9) Lost a single game and went to 4260 whenever I win with him I get about 60 points but when I got to 4400 he started only rising by 20

My 4060 Ying (42-26ish) Lost a single game and went to 4000 whenever I win with her i get about 20 points

And people of earth, its (LOSE) not (LOOSE) .....

Actually it is pretty fair, because if you lose the same amount of points when you lose as when you win, then it'll just matter if you have a positive match winrate which is what alot of people have. Therefore, the more you play, the more points you get, it shouldn't worked that way.

No it's correct, the higher your champion MMR, the more you lose and the less you win.

4000 mmr with ying is high? My maximum with ying was 4200 and in 5 games i went in 3800, 5 games = -400 mmr, that's way to much. Since for going back in 4200 it will probably take 10 winning games

Correct,i mean on my grohk i get 5 points max per win,and when i lose it takes away 60-80 points approx.

As much as people would like to defend the ranking system, there's no denying it. This particular "the higher they are, the harder they fall" mechanic, is becoming obsolote, and more and more games are turning away from this sort of ranking in favor of other, less punishing ones.

Because they understand that even the best player still has the right to a losing streak, and one bad day shouldn't just nullify his previous month of dedicated, intense play. That's dumb.

As one of the rankers I do have to agree with you, this is pretty stupid, you win about 20~30 points per win, but lose about 150, it makes no sense whatsoever.

What's your personal MMR though? I get a LOT of points when I play a hero I haven't used in ranked before, but if I get a lucky winstreak and get a high MMR on some champion, they will probably drop 100+ when I lose a game with them.

It's normal and it is like that for everyone not only you, so it's not unfair or unbalanced, you gotta get used to it.
