Against Fernando you can't walk with 2 or 3 people together or your team receives 1350 or 2700 damage each 6 seconds. It's just insane damage combined with the burning and 50% healing reduction.

The bonus damage on fireball should be lowered to 50% or the bonus damage should be removed and the base damage increased.

The multi-hit fireball is the only way Fernando has to get bonus damage, and landing a fireball on the majority of the enemy team feels very rewarding. Though I agree that it might be a tad strong at 450/900/1350/1800/2250 per hit and think lowering it to 300-350 dmg per hit (up to 1500-1750 for a penta-ball) could be a good start.

Also you can mitigate a lot of the threat posed by just being situationally aware and not giving Nando as many opportunities to hit multiple people.

Literally impossible, it just needs a nerf :)
