Onslaught Fernando Helmet not unlocked

I recently (OB patch 34) used a skin code for Onslaught Fernando and when i checked Fernando's items the body was unlocked but the helmet was not. I was wondering if this had to do with the recent changes in Fernando's skins (separating head/body) since i assume previously(before OB 34) one would unlock both. Is it possible to also get the helmet or like Drogoz and Ghrok skins, im out of luck post OB 34?
