The official changelog (http://forums.paladins.com/showthread.php?10912-Closed-Beta-32-Patch-Notes-Heads-Will-Roll) for 0.32 is missing a lot of changes (Seriously, I don't know who is in charge of documenting them but they are not doing a very good job. Accurate changelogs are important.). Since I had to verify every card and ability tooltip myself to update the Paladins Wiki, I took the chance and documented everything I found here: https://paladins.gamepedia.com/Paladins_Closed_Beta_Version_0.32.1220.3

Missing: Fernando HP increased to 6000

Ah, didn't get around running every character through the shooting range yesterday.

Just in case: If you or anyone else sees anything wrong in the changelog, or in the champion pages (https://paladins.gamepedia.com/Champions) please do post it here, or you can also edit the pages too (the wiki is community maintained, anyone and everyone can change and update it).

Pip RMB: Explosive Flash now deal 150 dmg and mark target for 2-3s, gain bonus +30% dmg for next shoot to marked target
And I see Out of combat recovery slower than before (Fernando need 6s to recovery 4k HP)

- There is now spawn protection until X? (Immune when shooting at them mounted out of spawn)
- You can now hover the burn cards on the scoreboard. New cards are highlighted with a white border (seems to be buggy)

- Loading up Salvo takes a lot less time now.
- Turning speed pumped up to insane speeds during Dragon Punch.

Ok, so I wasn't going crazy. I also think Evie's projectile had some depth added to it too (a slight "woooshh" at the end).
